Gizlilik politikası: Privacy policy: Scope: This privacy policy applies to all users who access the Euromax Tv website, mobile app and 4K streaming service.

Which Personal Data Is Processed?

Identity and contact data: When you open an account, basic identity data such as your name, email address and contact details are collected. During subscription processes, invoice and payment instrument details are processed through the payment provider; card data is not stored by Euromax Tv.

Device model, operating system, IP address and session logs are kept for service quality and security purposes. Viewing history and preferred content types are used to deliver personalised recommendations.

Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

Performance of the contract: Data required to establish and carry out the membership agreement is processed on this basis. Obligations such as issuing invoices, statutory retention and responding to requests from official authorities are fulfilled as required by law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Strictly necessary cookies: Used for session management, language preference and remembering login details. Performance cookies measure page load times and player errors to support technical improvements; advertising and marketing cookies remain disabled unless approved via the preference management screen.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect sign-in and player preferences.

Records are kept for service security, detection of unauthorised access and fraud prevention. Promotional and campaign messages that require explicit consent are sent only if consent is given; withholding consent does not restrict access to the service.

Data you share when creating a membership, applying for a free trial or purchasing a premium package is covered by this text. All users who access the website, mobile app and 4K streaming service, as well as correspondence conducted through support channels, also fall within the scope of this policy.

Parties With Whom Data Is Shared and the Scope

Payment transactions are carried out only through authorised payment institutions. Data is shared to a limited extent with technical suppliers providing streaming infrastructure, server hosting and content delivery network (CDN) services.

Authorised public institutions may request information to the extent and in the manner prescribed by law; such requests are answered only within a legally justified scope. Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties that are not necessary for providing the service.

Data Retention Period and Deletion

As long as your membership remains active, your account data is stored for the purpose of providing the service.

Measures Taken for Data Security

Data transmission is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Account access is restricted by username and password verification; in case of suspicious account activity, the session is terminated and the user is notified.

When you open an account, we collect basic identity data such as your name, email address and contact details. For subscriptions, invoice and payment instrument details are processed by the authorised payment provider; card data is never stored on Euromax Tv systems.
